USDA Forest Service (USFS) manages approximately 193 million acres of federal lands, including more than 3,900 wireless communications use authorizations at approximately 1,400 communications sites across the United States.
A market rent survey for the various communications uses is needed to ensure that the annual land use rental fees (rental fees) charged by the Forest Service reflect market economics and industry standards.
