What this contract is for
The U.S. Embassy London invites responsible offerors to submit quotations for the supply, delivery, and registration of one (1) new 8-passenger hybrid mini van in accordance with the attached Vehicle Specification sheet/Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation that meets all mandatory requirements of the solicitation. Offerors shall review the complete RFQ package, including all specifications, instructions, terms and conditions, and mandatory submission requirements before submitting a quotation. Offerors may submit a quotation for either: A factory-built vehicle meeting the solicitation requirements; or An in-country/dealer stock (forecourt) vehicle that is acceptably similar and fully compliant with the mandatory specifications. Quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with the subject line Solicitation No. 19UK5626P0739/V. Quotations must be received no later than 17:00 British Summer Time (BST) on July 30, 2026. Late quotations may not be considered.

How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
