Organized Site Visit: An organized site visit will be held on August 24th, 2026 at 10:00am Local time.

From Eager, travel west from the intersection of Central Ave and Main St on AZ-Hwy 260 for approximately 3.1 miles.

Turn left (south) onto AZ-Hwy 261 and continue for approximately 17.9 miles.

At the intersection with AZ-Hwy 273 turn left (south) onto AZ-Hwy 273 and continue for approximately 2.5 miles.

AZ-Hwy 273 turns to NFSR 249 (Three Forks Road).

Continue on NFSR 249 for approximately 0.7 miles.

Turn right (south-west) onto NFSR 249E and continue for approximately 0.7 miles to the intersection with NFSR 24.

This project begins here and proceeds approximately 13 miles south till the NFSR 24 intersection with NFSR 26.

Requests For Information (RFI’s): Questions shall be submitted via email to [email protected] and are due no later than September 3rd, 2026, at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time.

This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends.
