The United States Space Force (USSF) Operational Test and Training Infrastructure (OTTI) is seeking innovative capabilities, solutions, and technological advancements. The OTTI Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is being issued in accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 212.70. OTTI is requesting submissions from interested Offerors in response to the specific Areas of Interest (AOI) identified in the OTTI CSO.
