Description of Requirement: The U.S. Mission in Geneva, Switzerland has a requirement for an audiovisual (AV) hardware refresh in its primary conference room. The anticipated scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Large-format displays Cameras Associated cabling and infrastructure The requirement may also include the sourcing and/or integration of approved enterprise-grade codecs (e.g., Cisco), which may be either contractor-provided or furnished as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). Full integration with existing systems may or may not be required, depending on final scope determination. Anticipated Contract Type: The Government anticipates issuing one or more firm-fixed-price purchase orders to the selected contractor. Registration Requirement: Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to initiate or verify their SAM registration now, in advance of the solicitation's release, to avoid delays in submitting quotations.
