This solicitation will be released 7/7/2025 or soon after.
This is a new requirement for Copier Lease, Maintenance and Consumable Supplies (excluding paper) at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery for a base year plus four (4) option year contract.
This will be flat rate monthly lease for two (2) floor model Multi Function Devices such as Xerox Altalink C8035T or equivalent to be released 7/7/2025 or soon after.
Contractor shall provide maintenance to include labor, parts, scheduled and unscheduled repairs/maintenance including lubrication due to normal/daily use (wear and tear) of equipment.
Wage Determination 2015-5631 applies.
