The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), AFTC/PZZF, Edwards AFB, CA, hereby issues this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and Notice of Intent to award a sole-source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order.
