GENERAL INFORMATION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice (Synopsis) only. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or a request for proposals, and no quotes are being accepted at this time. The Department of War, acting through the Illinois National Guard, intends to issue a formal solicitation for construction services in approximately 15 days. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: This is a non-personal services contract to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183d Wing (183WG), Springfield, IL. Scope of Work: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services to provide refurbishment upgrades to existing exterior signage and new base-wide exterior signage at the 183WG.
