THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine availability and capability of qualified businesses. Responses to this notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research only. Depending on market research and other influences, the NAF Procurement Office anticipates issuing a solicitation for this project around late August 2026. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses and the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received as a result of this announcement. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our list bidders. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. This is a facility assessment to identify areas of failing infrastructure. Interested general contractors shall submit their capability statement electronically, limited to five (5) pages, which include the required questionnaire. The capability statement shall be sufficient in detail to allow the Government to determing the organization's related qulaifications to perform the work. Project: Seeking General Contractors to assess the current state of a dining facility. This requirement entails assessment and provision of cost elements to repair the external, internal, and equipment of a dining facility type business in Dyess AFB. This assessment will focus on the development of a comprehensive plan for revitalizing, repairing, and modifying building systems, finishes, and layout, with the aim of transforming the dining facility into a modern, efficient and updated space.
