In accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 15.101(c)(2), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for the following items listed below: General: The purpose of this sources sought is to conduct Market Research in accordance with RFO Part 10, for the removal of existing perimeter fencing and the installation of a new, upgraded high-security chain link fence, automated entry gates, and an M30 P2 Integrated Cable Barrier System. This requirement consists of demolition and site prep, fence installation, barbwire configuration, and installation of gates and barrier systems.
