What this contract is for

A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them. If your firm is a Small Business, certified HUBZone, 8A, Woman-Owned Small Business or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and you are interested in this project please respond appropriately. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is seeking businesses that are interested in and capable of performing Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Replacement at Rough River Axtel Campground, HWY 79, McDaniels, KY 40512. A Construction Design Bid Build Acquisition is anticipated with an estimated 425-day period of performance. This is a Sources Sought announcement for market research and will be used for planning purposes only. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or make a contract award. NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a request for proposal, quote or invitation for bid. The sole purpose of this notice is to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database registered businesses that are interested and capable of performing this work. USACE is not responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought. Please review the Sources Sought Market Survey Document within the "attachments" section and complete the required Market Survey Response Form link provided in the attachment.
