THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION OVER $10,000,000. 23 June 2026 update: This update is to include the following 1) RFI Log for questions answered to date. 2) Pre-proposal Conference Presentation 3) Pre-proposal Conference Sign-in sheet 24 June 2026 update: This update is to include the latest RFI Log for questions answered to date. 26 June 2026: The solicitation has been amended to extend the due date to 17 July 2026 at 1pm local time. Contractors shall submit a signed copy of the SF30 Amendment document with the proposals. 10 July 2026: This update is to issue amendment #2 which incorporates the following into the Solicitation. 1) Addendum #5 (attached) to the Architect & Engineer (AE) Specifications and Drawings. 2) Final Answers (attached) to all Request for Information (RFI)s received. No other RFIs will be considered. 3) Item 13d of SF1442 is changed to 120 calendar days for Government acceptance. 4) Fee schedule (attached) for the Project Management Software. 17 July 2026: This update is to issue a notice that proposal due date is being extended to 24 July 2026 at 1:00PM.
