What this contract is for

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(1), intends to provide a fair opportunity for award of a Cost Plus Fixed Fee Task Order under FTSS V Lot 1 for Submarine Contractor Maintenance Services (SubCMS). The requirement is to provide maintenance services and material support for the Training Systems, support equipment, trainer specific facilities, Tactical Training Equipment (TTE), Trainer Peculiar Equipment (TPE), Trainer Support Gear (TSG), and Trainer Unique Equipment (TUE) in a ‘ready-for-training’ state. The Submarine training portfolio includes various training devices located at 6 (six) locations: NAVSUBSCOL Groton, CT; SUBLRNFAC Norfolk, VA; TRITRAFAC Kings Bay, GA; TRITRAFAC Bangor, WA (includes Bremerton, WA); SUBTRAFAC San Diego, CA (Includes North Island, CA); and NSTCP Pearl Harbor, HI (Includes Ford Island and SUBLRNCTR Det Santa Rita, Guam). The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of a two (2) month mobilization and one (1) ten month base year with four (4) twelve (12) month option periods. Start of contractor performance (Mobilization) is anticipated to be 01 June 2026. A list of FTSS V Lot 1 Points of Contact is included with this notice for possible subcontracting opportunities.
