*THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.* Solicitation: SPE1C125RX014 Item(s): Boot, Firemen, Type II (Knee) PGC(s): 01902 Lead NSN(s): 8430-00-753-5935 The Boot, Firemen, Type II (Knee) shall be manufactured in accordance with Commercial Item Description A-A-50371B, Dated 28 July 2001 ************* Solicitation SPE1C125RX014 will be issued as Unrestricted using Commercial procedures (FAR Part 12) and consist of a one-year base term with fixed pricing for the length of the contract. In accordance with FAR 19.1309(b), this solicitation will contain clause 52.219-4, Notice of Price Evaluation Preferences for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. The contracting officer shall give offers from HUBZone small business concerns a price evaluation preference by adding a factor of 10 percent to all offers other than small business concerns. Solicitation SPE1C125RX014 will be evaluated under Best Value Trade-Off Source Selection Procedures with the following evaluation factors: Price, Delivery, Past Performance (utilizing SPRS), and Small Business Participation. The Government intends to make one (1) award based on an integrated assessment delivery, past performance, small business participation, and price resulting in the best value to the Government. One Simplified Indefinite Delivery Contract (SIDC) is anticipated.
