The USACE, Huntington District intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Techcrane International LLC.
This work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, access, and materials for replacing the hydraulic swivel coupling and trolley hydraulic hoses that operate the hydraulic swivel coupling on the piggyback crane at Meldahl Locks and Dam.
This work can only be completed by Techcrane International LLC due to the propritary design of the crane.
