Purpose & Project Scope The U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Fort Worth District, in support of Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Texarkana, TX, is seeking capabilities statements from qualified firms (both traditional and non-traditional defense contractors) to design and construct a new Standby Generator facility and power backup system (Project No.

520250).

The Government is exploring the use of an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement under 10 U.S.C. § 2808a to execute this requirement within a fixed Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) / Directed Amount of $5,700,000.00.
