Purpose Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. The Government may or may not issue solicitation documents. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms capable of performing Bid Build construction services for the expansion of Radiation Oncology services at the Orlando VA Healthcare System. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes under FAR 15.201(e). It is not a solicitation, does not commit the Government to contract award, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with responding.
