SCOPE: COMPLETE REMOVAL AND LEGAL DISPOSAL OF APPROXIMATELY 1600 SF OF EXISTING ROOFING MEMBRANE, 1200 SF OF INSULATION, AND FLASHINGS DOWN TO BARE STRUCTURAL ROOF DECK; DECK INSPECTION AND PREPARATION; INSTALLATION OF SELF-ADHERED BITUMINOUS VAPOR RETARDER; POLYISO RIGID AND TAPERED INSULATION ACHIEVING MINIMUM R-30 IN A MINIMUM OF TWO STAGGERED LAYERS; 1/2 INCH HIGH-DENSITY GLASS-MAT GYPSUM COVER BOARD; AND A FULLY ADHERED 90-MIL WHITE EPDM ROOFING SYSTEM.

WORK ALSO INCLUDES 0.040 INCH PRE-FINISHED ALUMINUM FLASHINGS, EDGE METAL, AND TERMINATION BARS; REUSE AND REFLASHING OF ONE HVAC CURB, ONE EXHAUST FAN CURB, AND TWO VENT PIPES; 400 SF OF WALKWAY PADS; SEALING ALL PENETRATIONS; POLYURETHANE SEALANTS; FLOOD TESTING; ASTM C1153 INFRARED MOISTURE TESTING; ASTM E907 UPLIFT TESTING; DELIVERY OF A 20-YEAR NDL MANUFACTURER WARRANTY; A 5-YEAR CONTRACTOR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY; AND CLOSEOUT DOCUMENTS INCLUDING INTERIM DD FORM 1354 AND O AND M DATA.
