The Defense Health Agency intends to extend Firm-Fixed-Priced contract HT001125CE003 under Commercial terms and conditions and on a noncompetitive basis under the authority of Revolutionary Federal Acquistion Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 16.103-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

West ST Baltimore, MD 21230-3723 Services provide program-level communications expertise to develop strategic communications plans that include analyzing the information environment; describing current and upcoming phases of communications initiatives; identifying and developing goals and measurable objectives; creating strategies, tactics, and communications measurements; and defining analytics and metrics to measure performance and communication effectiveness and outcomes.

Efforts include social media programs, senior leader communications, content management, strategic outreach, website management, and broadcast and video production supporting the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and the Director, Defense Health Agency.

The extension would continue services last competitively awarded under contract HT001120D0005, order HT001125F0062.

The agency is currently in source selection for the follow-on award with quotes received on June 12, 2026, under GSA eBuy request ID RFQ1786483 (agency solicitation HT001126QE006).

The agency anticipates a 3-month extension ending November 29, 2026.
