What this contract is for

Industry Stakeholders, In response to Industry's continued requests to improve communication between US Army Command-Orlando (ACC-OTL), Capability Program Executive Simulation Training and Instrumentation (CPE STRI), and Industry Stakeholders, The ACC-ORL Director/Senior Contracting Official (SCO), COL Lisbon Williams, willl host the Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT) Update sessions for industry participants interested in doing business with the US Government. The schedule below provide dates for PALT sessions hosted by ACC-ORL and Technical Exchange sessions hosted by CPE STRI. For planning purposes, the tentative Calendar Year 2026 dates are as follows: January 13, 2026 ----------- PALT February 17, 2026 ---------- PALT March 10, 2026* ------------- CPE STRI Tech Exchange* April 14, 2026 ----------------- PALT May 12, 2026 ------------------ PALT June 17-18, 2026 ------------- TSIS 2026 July 14, 2026 ------------------ PALT August 11, 2026* -------------- CPE STRI Tech Exchange* September 8, 2026 ------------ PALT October 12-14, 2025 ---------- AUSA Annual Meeting & Expo 2026 November 4, 2026 ------------- PALT December 2026 ----------------- I/ITSEC (30 Nov - 3 Dec) Time 1100-1200 EST Each PALT and Tech Exchange session will be a hybrid (in-person & virtual) session which can accomodate up to 150 industry partners in-person, and up to 300 industry partnes via MS Teams. RSVP instructions for each upcoming session will be posted to Sam.gov the day after each session.
