Vendor/Contractor shall provide for medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals on an as needed basis. Vendor/Contractor represents that all items offered under this agreement are new, latex free, and not used or reconditioned. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no guarantee of the use of services or guarantee of a minimum or maximum dollar amount to be expended. All work shall be in strict compliance with the latest codes, standards, and practices, and in accordance with Federal, State, and Local laws.
