THIS IS A SOLICITATION NOTICE.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660 for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW).

It is the Government intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract.

The purpose of this project is to provide labor, equipment, materials, insurances, supervision, incidentals and all necessary to perform Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660, at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico per the requirement Statement of Work and drawings.

The proposed acquisition is 100% Small Business set-aside.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 236220.

The size standard is $45M.

The Contractor shall provide labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, permits, supervision and any other items necessary to perform Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico.

All interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for status of the solicitation and amendment if any.

Any amendments issued will need to be sign and submitted with the proposal.

Failure to submit amendments with the proposal may render the proposal not eligible for further consideration for award.
