In the event the AFGSC or the Government cancels this solicitation, neither AFGSC nor the Government has any obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6 and FAR Part 13.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
AFGSC is soliciting this notice as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) to Repair Natural Gas Phase 1 and Phase 2 located at Vance AFB, Enid, Oklahoma 73705.
Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all personnel, labor, equipment, supplies, tools, material, and other items and services necessary for performing all operations required to repair all requirements listed in the attached Repair Natural Gas Specification.
Bid Requirements: The Attached Bid Form PA, Bid Form PB and Bid Form Combine must be completed.
