The U.S.
Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), San Juan Laboratory (SJNLMP) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of providing Industrial Grade Liquid Nitrogen supply services and Bulk Storage Tank rental.
This notice is for informational and planning purposes ONLY and does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or an obligation to award a contract.
This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.
This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service.
The FDA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
Respondents are advised that the U.S.
Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
All information received in response to this RFI marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly.
Responses to this notice will not be returned.
A formal solicitation may or may not be issued as a result of this RFI.
Any solicitation issued will be posted on SAM.gov.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFI at any time without obligation to respondents.
