Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Contech Jellyfish Filter Inspection & Maintenance ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0060 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price award.

The applicable NAICS Code is 238990 with a Business Size Standard of $19,000,000.

Department of Labor Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4323 revision 33 applies.

This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the inspection and service of the Contech Jellyfish filtration unit at the Lotts Center parking lot.
