Building 1040 COMM ISP Telecommunication Infrastructure The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for ISP Telecommunications Infrastructure.

This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-R-A023, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

REQUIREMENT This is a single-CLIN project that requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and quality control necessary to engineer, design, install, terminate, and test the copper and fiber Inside Plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure within Building 1040, in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and technical drawings, to be completed within a period of performance of 149 days after date of contract (ADC).

Requests for Information (RFIs) and site visit requests are due NLT 30 July 2026, and the Government's responses will be posted to SAM.gov with the most updated date.
