Pre-Solicitation Notice The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD), Contracting Department intends to solicit for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) construction contract.

This requirement is in support of Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), who requires construction services to repair and replace the roofs of two buildings at the NPS Field Lab at McMillan Airfield in Camp Roberts, CA.

To be eligible for award, the contractor must meet or exceed all requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

The roofing repairs must be completed within 45 calendar days of contract award.

The definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts will be processed in accordance with FAR part 43 and applicable agency supplements.

The requisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 36: Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160: Roofing Contractors, which has a size standard of $19.0 Million.
