Description : The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to create an environment that will encourage student use of the DOE's meal programs by improving the appearance of the cafeterias, increasing service flow, and updating equipment to align with new menus developed in response to nutritional needs and student surveys. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 2:00 P.M., on Microsoft Teams Live.
