This is a Request for Information (RFI) in anticipation of a potential future procurement program under NAICS code 334516. Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes, this announcement constitutes a Request for Information for written information only. The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP), Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) is conducting market research to remain competitive in an increasingly competitive world. In accordance with Title 10 of US Code, the United States Naval Academy has a mandate to admit qualified applicants from every congressional district in the United States. As a result of this mandate, our outreach and marketing efforts have a national focus, and also include territories outside of the continental United States. The Office of Admissions seeks to leverage channels that support outreach activities nationwide via conversational software. The Support required under this anticipated procurement is included in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) provided with this notice.
