NAICS Code: 238160 (Roofing Contractors) Small Business Size Standard: $19.0 Million Product Service Code (PSC): Z2JZ (Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings) Budget Parameters: RFO Part 36 no longer authorizes the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects. The budget parameters for this requirement (Base plus all Options) are $500,000 to $900,000. (iii) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: The 128th Air Refueling Wing, General Mitchell Air National Guard Base, Milwaukee, WI, has a requirement for the repair by replacement of the roof and the installation of security doors at Building B512. The project consists of the following Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): Base Quote Item (CLIN 0001): Complete removal and replacement of approx. 23,100 SF of built-up roofing with a 90-mil EPDM system, R-30 insulation, and replacement of gutters/downspouts.
