The work includes various maintenance access and pipeline isolation improvements along the existing Brine Discharge Pipeline (16-inch to 30-inch diameters). This is a Small Business Set Aside acquisition. This acquisition will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)Part 14 Sealed Bid.
