COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.

Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA309926Q0022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.

The Contractor shall provide all labor equipment and materials to renovate Silver Wings, B308.

Work includes a total refresh of equipment and options for upgrading the area with additional seating (window counter, patio), paint, flooring, window tinting and shades.

The wall that divides the service area and kitchen will be moved forward to create a small hallway, allowing for more room in the kitchen and prep area.

Seating will also be moved onto the patio area outside to increase seating capacity.

SITE VISIT AND BASE ACCESS Laughlin AFB is a controlled-access installation.

All site visit attendees must be U.S. citizens and be able to obtain a base pass for entry.

To be granted access, attendees must not have any derogatory information that would prevent access to a Federal installation.
