THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 0003 IS TO PROVIDE THE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO THE DRAFT SOLICITATION1.

REVISED THE TOTAL ORDERING PERIOD REMOVING ALL OPTION YEARS WITH THE OPTION TO EXTEND SERVICES IAW (52.217-8) 2.

PROVIDE GOVERNMENT RESPONSES TO PROJNET QandAnswers.

THESE ARE NOTED CHANGES, HOWEVER, IT IS THE OFFERORS RESPONSIBILITY TO REVIEW THE AMENDMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IDENTIFY ALL CHANGES.

THE SUBMISSION RESPONSE DATE IS EXTENED TO 17 AUGUST 2026 PENDING RELEASE OF THE FINAL SOLICATION.

DRAFT Amendment Revision 2- Section L Due to the expedited nature of this acquisition, the Government will close the question period for the draft solicitation on 15 May 2026, 2:00PM Central Time.

All interested parties are advised to submit any questions prior to this deadline.
