Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility intends to award a sole-source purchase order to OHD , LLLP , as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to patents on the technology for the Quantifit2 mach9ines, patent number US 8,528,559, B2 maintained by OHD , LLLP.
This notice of intent is not a formal request for competitive proposals.
