This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203, to announce the Government's intent to award a 8-month, Firm Fixed-Price Bridge Contract, on a noncompetitive basis to Trideum Corporation (CAGE 351S9) for the Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support (MTCCS) effort. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l) set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Procedures, Guidance, and Information 206-302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Army Contracting Command-Orlando (ACC-ORL} and JBSA have identified a need to award a sole source contract to Trideum Corp (CAGE 351S9), to continue performance of JBSA MTCCS requirements. The current JBSA MTCCS Task Order expires 28 JAN 26. The contemplated sole source contract will include a limited performance period of five (5) months, commencing 29 JAN 2026 - 30 SEP 2026, ensuring continuation of mission command (MC) training at the JBSA Mission Training Complexes (MTCs). Services performed under this sole source contract will include the continuation of non-personal services to support the Mission Training Complex (MTC) to units stationed at and supported by Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
