What this contract is for

25 Nov 2025: MORATORIUM To preserve the integrity of competition, Attachment 2, “RHW_RHD_RHB Technical Requirements Statement of Objectives (SOO),” Paragraph 3.3.2.2.1.2, Information Mastery in Cognitive Warfare LOE 2, is closed in its entirety. No white papers will be accepted under solicitation FA2384-24-S-2334, “CHEERS MAA Open Period 1 – All Technical Areas, 10 U.S.C. 4001 Broad Agency Announcement (BAA),” for submissions that target and/or identify Technical Area 3.3.2.2.1.2. This moratorium is effective for a period of 6 months as of the closing date for proposal receipt (30 October 2025) under Call for Proposals FA2384-25-S-B007 “Information Mastery in Cognitive Warfare”. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 20 Nov 2025: Amendment 01 - Annual Update The CHEERS Multiple Authority Announcement (MAA) MUST be reviewed in tandem with the solicitations in order to have access to all applicable attachments and instructions.
