Project Title: SUP Asphalt for HIANG - B3428 Pad - JBPHH Hickam This written Request for Quote (RFQ) is for commercial Supplies prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 324121, “Asphalt Paving Mixture and Block Manufacturing” with a size standard of Number of Employees - 500. Please see the attached SF 1449 and Statement of Work for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, unit of measure, Delivery dates, provisions and clauses applicable to this requirement, and other supplemental information to this acquisition. Offerors are required to complete the following blocks on page one (1) of SF 1449: 12. Discount Terms; 17a. Contractor/Offeror (CAGE code); and blocks 30a through 30c. solicitation. Provide pricing on page three (3). All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) at the time of offer submission and contract award.
