Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division (PHD) Code 027 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) Code 027 provides Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) contracting support in furtherance of NSWC PHD mission requirements for the following partner organizations: • Code 01 • Code 02 • Code 10 • Code C • Code D • Code E • Code N • Code BD • Code FR0 • Code W To assist industry partners with planning and market research, Code 027 is releasing the following acquisition forecast. This forecast will be updated throughout the fiscal year as requirements become known, with updates provided at least quarterly. The information contained herein is provided solely for planning and informational purposes and is intended to facilitate industry awareness of potential acquisition opportunities. This forecast does not constitute a specific offer, solicitation, or commitment by NSWC PHD to fund any requirement referenced, in whole or in part. All acquisitions remain subject to applicable statutory, regulatory, and funding considerations. This forecast includes anticipated contract actions that may exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) of $350,000 in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 procedures. The forecast is not all-inclusive but reflects the best information available at the time of publication. Live contract opportunities and more detailed information regarding individual requirements will be provided when actions are synopsized through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) or when solicitations are issued.
