What this contract is for
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to obtain Low Multi-Purpose Van 7 seaters Toyota Avanza/Hyundai Stargazer or Equivalent for U.S. Embassy Jakarta, Indonesia. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section-3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form SF-1449 that follows this letter. As required by U.S. Government’s federal acquisition regulation (FAR), for Procurement of $40,000 or above, prospective offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database on SAM.gov. Please the prospective offerors register in SAM.gov prior to submitting quotations/proposals. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to [email protected] by 1600 hrs. (Jakarta Time) July 24, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1600 hrs. (Jakarta Time Time) July 24, 2026.
