What this contract is for
***Focused Area of Interest: Cisco Global Enterprise Modernization Software and Support (GEMSS)*** As of 27 Feb 2026, para. 1.4.2 in the Focused Period of Interest Cisco GEMSS document was updated to say "DoD ESI Cisco certifier reseller/Federally Authorized Reseller". No other changes were made. For the period of 24 February 2026 to 3 March 2026 11:59 PM (MST) Air Force CyberWorx has a focused interest in exploring solutions that can support the Deparment of the Air Force’s (DAF’s) requirement for continued SmartNet Total Care (SNTC), Software Support Services (SWSS) and DNA Advantage software service capabilities. The DAF requires capabilities similar to, or exceeding enterprise services provided in the current Cisco GEMSS Enterprise Agreement (EA) to support Cisco branded assets. The Cisco GEMSS EA consists of the services provided to support (SNTC), (SWSS) and DNA Advantage software service coverage of Cisco equipment to include: routers, switches, and wireless technologies as well as other devices procured in the future. Continously Open Interest Period AF CyberWorx is interested in capturing innovative, commercial technologies and services that accelerate attainment of critical defense capabilities. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is a competitive solicitation issued in accordance with DFARS 212.70. AF CyberWorx is soliciting solution briefs in response to Areas of Interest (AoI) listed in attachment 8 of the CSO. Please see attached CSO FA7000-23-S-C001 for more details.
