What this contract is for
The United States Coast Guard MSU Houma is accepting quotes from qualified vendors for Gym Memeborship Passes for there unit. Prior to submitting a quote, it is mandatory to examine the Statement of Work (SOW) to become familiar with the required work, and it is highly recommended to visit the location to become familiar with existing conditions under which the work will be performed. All work must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work. For a site visit, please contact: SK1 Chase Pichard [email protected] (571) 610-3601 The period of performance for this contract is a one-year base period with four one-year (12 month) option periods as follows: Base Period: 01 Aug 2026 - 31 July 2027 Option Year One: 01 Aug 2027 - 31 Jul 2028 Option Year Two: 01 Aug 2028 – 31 Jul 2029 Option Year Three: 01 Aug 2029 – 30 Jul 2030 Option Year Four: 01 Aug 2030 – 30 Jul 2031 Contractors’ quotes need to provide a total price for the base year and all option years. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The evaluation factors are: - Price - Technical Acceptability - Past Performance Make sure to provide your price, technical approach, and past performance with your quote.
