What this contract is for
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking 23,062 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) / 27,647 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) / 31,134 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of contiguous space in Dubois, PA. This solicitation constitutes a new lease requirement.and there is no incumbent Lessor for the requirement defined herein. VA will consider existing space that can be built out or renovated to meet all VA requirements, as well as new construction that will be designed and built to meet VA requirements. Offerors are instructed to reference all attachments associated with this solicitation for complete requirements, instructions, and submission details. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Rachael Hallock at [email protected] no later than Monday, June 29 at 10:00 AM EST. Phone calls will not be accepted. An amendment to this solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov containing all questions received by that time and the corresponding VA responses. Questions received after 10:00 AM EST on June 29 may not be addressed or included in the amendment.
