What this contract is for

The Baltimore, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 5,000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 241 W-B Township Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 12 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) prior to award of a contract. All proposed contractors are highly encouraged to review FAR Clause 52.232-33 Payments by Electronic Funds Transfer – System for Award Management, which indicates “All payments by the Government under this contract shall be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT).” Those not currently registered can obtain registration by going to the website https://www.SAM.gov.
