STATEMENT OF WORK Introduction: The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Northern Indiana Health Care System (VANIHCS) located at 1700 East 38th Street, Marion, Indiana, 46953 requires two (2) compressors for the Boiler Plant. Background: Project Overview: Purchase two (2) compressors and have them installed at the Boiler Plant in Building 76. Period of Performance: Start Date: The project will commence by October 1, 2026. End Date: The project is expected to be completed by October 31, 2026. Place of Performance: Marion VA Medical Center,1700 East 38TH Street, Marion IN. 46953-4589 Scope: Project Deliverables: The project will produce the following key deliverables: Deliverable 1: Contractor will provide two (2) R4-11I- FIXED SPEED 4-11KW Compressors Deliverable 2: : Contractor will provide two (2) R4 Premium Efficiency Rotary Screw Compressor- 145 PSIg- Total Air System Deliverable 3: Contractor will provide two (2) Drive motor 208-230/460V 60Hz with Star Delta Starter Deliverable 4: Contractor will provide two (2) Coolant: Factory Filled with Ultra Coolant Deliverable 5: Contractor will provide two (2) 80 Gallon Tank Mounted Deliverable 6: Contractor will provide two (2) Controller: XE-70M Microprocessor Controller Deliverable 7: Contractor will provide two (2) Low sound enclosure Deliverable 8: Contractor will provide two (2) PORO Deliverable 9: Contractor will provide two (2) Start up kits Services: The following services will be provided as part of this project: Service 1: Contractor will then install and start up both RA-11I-FIXED SPEED 4-11KW Compressors at the Marion Boiler Plant in Building 76.
