Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Kansas City District (NWK) intends solicit, negotiate, and award a one-time Small Business Set Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price, Architect-Engineer (AE) contract to complete a thorough inspection of all identified buildings.

The inspection is required to identify the presence, location, and quantities of potentially hazardous and other regulated materials that will require either abatement or special disposal requirements when the FGLWACH is demolished.
