This synopsis serves as an announcement of the forthcoming acquisition: The U.S. General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service intends to solicit proposals for Operation and Mechanical Services in Piegan, MT . The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 238910, O&M Services and the small business size standard is $19.5 Million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation number is 47PD5526R0044. The period of performance consists of a ninety-day (90) base period to begin on or about October 1, 2026. The solicitation will be directed to local offerors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.201-1.
