This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Point Reyes National Seashore, to rehabilitate the Limantour Residence 160.
The purpose of this Amendment no.
01 is to provide all interested parties with the site visit notes and initial round of Q&A from the site visit that occurred on 8/18/26, as well as to provide a revision to the solicitation Terms Clauses Provisions.
REVISED ATTACHMENT 1: The Terms Clauses Provisions attachment has been revised.
Changes were to Sections J, L, and M.
Section J was changed to update the list of attachments.
Section L was changed to remove the CA Contractor License from being part of the Business Proposal submission requirements, moved to being part of the Technical Proposal submission requirements.
Section M was changed to add the requirement for the CA Contractor License as an evaluation factor.
Revised attachment is titled as "Amendment 1 Attachment 1 Revised Terms Clauses Provisions" dated 8/20/26.
NEW ATTACHMENT 11: The site visit #1 notes and Q&A are provided as new Attachment no.
11 dated 8/20/26, titled as "Attachment 11 Site Visit 1 Notes and Q and A." NOTE: Site Visit #2 is scheduled for August 31, 2026 at 1pm PDT at Point Reyes National Seashore as detailed in Section L of Attachment 1.
Solicitation response date has not changed.
Proposals are due by 4pm PDT on Monday, September 14, 2026, emailed to [email protected].
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
Official solicitation and documents
The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.
Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.
How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
