-------- NOTE: SITE VISIT SCHEDULE 24 AUGUST 2026 AT 1:00 PM CST. -------- SUBJECT: CAMPSITE SHELTER REPLACEMENT, CANYON LAKE, TEXAS --- DESCRIPTION: PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER - W9126G26RA106, CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: 21 SEPTEMBER 2026. ----- DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall remove and replace thirteen (13) shelters at Potters Creek Park as shown on PWS Attachment A.

Shelters shall be placed at camp sites 68-71, 73, 75-79, and 81-83.

The Contractor shall remove and replace twelve (12) shelters at Potters Creek Park as shown on Attachment B.

Shelters shall be placed at Campsites 84-88 and 98-104.

The Contractor shall remove and replace two (2) shelters at North Park as shown on Attachment C.

Shelters shall be placed at the two (2) Gate Attendant sites.

The work includes providing, delivering, and installing brown-colored steel campsite shelters with two (2) posts, steel campsite shelters with gable roof, integrated table and benches, and all associated hardware.

The work shall include site preparation (area clearing, picnic shelter demolition, foundation preparation and construction, and erection of metal structure).
