The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction (FMAC) BPA Siuslaw NF, Hebo Lake Dock Replacement, Hebo, OR.

The Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction BPA (FMAC) 1204M320Q0041, is a Northwest Regional BPA that consists of a large variety of work involving facilities maintenance and construction.

The Hebo Lake Dock Replacement project consists of demolition and replacement of two (2) fish dock platforms.

The project is located in a three-acre lake situated in Hebo Lake campground.

This is a competitive request under a previously issued BPA.

We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time.

This synopsis notification of intent to award a BPA Call order does not constitute a request for proposals or submission of any information in response to this notification.

This procurement is restricted to those approved companies eligible for call orders under the Northwest Facilities Maintenance and Construction (FMAC) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for USFS.

There are currently 15 businesses that will receive this solicitation.

The Call Order shall be issued via email to those companies listed on the BPA.

Any changes to the Call Order RFQ shall also be emailed to those companies listed on the BPA.
