PROJECT SUMMARY: The USFS is pursuing a Purchase Order for the culvert replacement construction services on the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie. Work includes but is not limited to staking, clearing and grubbing, structure excavation, dewatering, riprap placement, concrete barrier, conserved topsoil placement, mulching and seeding, erosion control, signing, and streambed simulation. Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
